Language Teachers’ Narratives of Practice, Edited by Harbon and Moloney.2013
“After nourishment, shelter and companionship, stories are the thing we need most in the world.” - Philip Pullman
It is with great pleasure that I read this wonderful text about teachers reflecting on their own personal stories of language learning and teaching. Kate Reitzenstein from Scotch College in Perth and Coleen Sherratt from the WA Department of Education bookend the text with beautifully told narratives of their experiences. There are seventeen essays from languages teachers all over Australia.
